CEO booked for sexually harassing a woman

A woman, who went by the incognito name 'Indian Fowler', claimed to be a former employee of TVF and cited a number of occasions where its founder, Arunabh molested her. Following the post, several women came forward stating similar claims. An official statement from TVF however rubbished the allegations and called them defamatory.
A recent complaint was filed by local lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui, but it did not translate into an FIR. Now, sources say that a police complaint has been filed in the MIDC Police Station in Mumbai and an FIR is registered against Arunabh Kumar under sections 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. It is unclear on which woman filed the complaint.
