Watch: First teaser of Dhanush, Aishwarya Lakshmi, Joju George starrer Jagame Thandhiram

The first teaser of Dhanush's upcoming film 'Jagame Thandhiram', directed by Karthik Subbaraj has been released online. The fun filled action teaser was unveiled on Netflix India's Twitter handle. The tweet had the lyrics of a song from the movie, Podu Rakita Rakita! Suruli is coming soon to Netflix. #JagameThandhiramOnNetflix.
The teaser shows Dhanush as a quirky rural thug who goes all the way to a foreign country and establishes his territory there. Mollywood diva Aishwarya Lekshmi and actor Joju George are also seen in the teaser. Hollywood actor James Cosmo -who played Jeor Mormont, Lord Commander of the Night's Watch, in the HBO series Game of Thrones- is also seen in the teaser.
Produced by S. Sashikanth of Y NOT Studios, Jagame Thanthiram is set to directly release on Netflix but the date for the film’s OTT premiere is not yet announced. The movie was originally dated to release in May 2020, but it was postponed due to the corona epidemic. Meanwhile, Dhanush’s next film Karnan is all set to be released on April 9.
