Imagine someone getting duped to the tune of $3.70 million! This has happened in Switzerland's Zurich.

In November last, a few online fraudsters called up a rich woman and told her that the bank where she has deposited money was planning to defraud her by stealing the money! The fraudsters told the woman that they are from the police department.

The woman told them that she would do whatever is asked of her. The fraudsters then asked her to transfer her bank balance to a particular bank account for safety. Since they asked her to keep the entire activity a top secret, the woman didn't discuss it with anyone. The victim continued to believe that the fraudsters are policemen.

A few months later, the woman transferred $3.70 million in total! Recently, she went to the police to complain about the malfeasance after she grew suspicious. And the mega fraud has come to light. An investigation is on.
