Indian actress Freida Pinto, who rose to fame with her debut in the British drama Slumdog Millionaire, is now engaged to longtime boyfriend Cory Tran, who is a photographer by profession.

The long, heartfelt note penned by Freida Pinto on her Instagram page read, "It all makes sense now. Freida was in a relationship with her Slumdog Millionaire co-star Dev Patel for over six years before the two parted ways in December 2014. The actress has been dating Cory for over a year now.
