This week clearly belongs to 'Thaandavam', which is hitting the screens in a big way today.
Producers UTV Motion Pictures have ensured that the movie releases in as many theatres as possible. And the advance bookings were promising, say trade sources.
Directed by Vijay, the film has Vikram, Anushka Shetty, Amy Jackson, Lakshmi Rai and Jagapathi Babu in pivotal roles. Santhanam takes care of comedy portions, while music is by G V Prakash Kumar.
Vikram plays an intelligence official, who uses echolocation skills. Anushka plays his wife. The movie's Telugu version has been titled 'Siva Thaandavam'.
