Creative maverick Sanjay Leela Bhansali flagged off his home production under the banner Bhansali Productions with the commercially successful and critically acclaimed 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam' in 1999 and has ever since never failed to deliver films that have made celluloid history.

After the stupendous success of the 100-crore grossing Rowdy Rathore and 'Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram Leela', his next production 'Mary Kom', which marked the directorial debut of Omung Kumar broke box office records, making it the first female-driven film to command such unprecedented numbers. The biopic of the five time world champion , Olympic and Asian Games Gold medalist starring Priyanka Chopra punched its way into the 100-crore club making this Bhansali Production's third consecutive 100-crore grosser.

Producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali now enjoys yet another success with "Gabbar is Back" that marks the coming together of Bhansali Productions & producer Shabinaa Khan, after 'Rowdy Rathore'. The vigilante entertainer directed by Krish, currently stands at a domestic box office collection of approximately 82.31 crore and has touched the coveted 100 crore club at the worldwide box office.

Celebrations are on the cards for Bhansali Productions as the film was the first to end the lean spell at the domestic box office.

Says a trade source, "This makes it 4 back to back hits for Bhansali Productions .While 'Rowdy Rathore', 'Ram Leela' and 'Mary Kom' entered the highly coveted 100 crore club, 'Gabbar is Back' has grossed 100 crores at the worldwide box office".
