Standing out as the biggest hit of the year so far, is Gabbar Singh. On Aug 18, it completes its 100-days run in 65 centres. The movie surpassed all the records in terms of collections, making news when it completed 50-days run in 306 centres.

It is instructive that Bandla Ganesh has not divulged official figures till date. Obviously, it is because Pawan Kalyan has restrained him from doing so.

Though Ganesh announced that a grand function will be held to celebrate GS' success, it was never held. IndiaGlitz’s review, published on day one, said, For this film, everything seems to have fallen in place. From the dialogues to the cinematography, music and the dances, everything helps the hero deliver a dekko acting output that promises to create Box Office history. Without doubt, Pawan's heroism, Harish Shankar’s directorial touch and dialogues, DSP's music and BG score, Jayanth's cinematography have made this a refreshing experience.
