Having completed its short schedule, which involved Abhimanyau Singh, Brahmanandam and Tanikella Bharani in its Kokapet shoot, Gabbar Singh is bracing up for a crucial schedule. Pawan Kalyan and Shruthi Hassan will join this schedule from the 10th.

Expected to go on for at least 45 days, the schedule will see the shooting of important parts of the film. Directed by Harish Shankar, the film will have music by Devi Sri Prasad.

The producers are planning to release the movie for Sankranthi. Crafted to make the film as native as possible, the film's bound script is expected to have enough props to be entertaining to the audience.

Unlike his current film with Vishnuvardhan, Gabbar Singh is a bigger film with a better mass appeal. The film is scheduled for a release in mid-January.
