'Gang' & the sentiment this season

It's known that 'Gang', starring Suriya and Keerthy Suresh in lead roles, will hit the screens on January 12.

UV Creations, which is producing the Telugu version of this film (titled Thaanaa Serndha Koottam` in Tamil), feels that good omen exists for the movie.

"It was UV Creations which had earlier dared to release their medium-range films like 'Express Raja' and 'Mahanubhavudu' when big-ticket movies were running in full throttle on festival seasons. This sentiment should work again," comments an observer.

'Gang' is an official adaptation of the Bollywood hit 'Special 26', which starred Akshay Kumar in the lead role. The script has been adapted to suit the Telugu nativity.
