Gautam and Sitara Ghattamaneni, the children of Mahesh Babu, got emotional in their social media posts on Wednesday. Hours before Superstar Krishna's final rites were held on Wednesday, they took to Instagram and made fervent posts.

In his post, Gautam wrote that wherever his grandpa is, he will always be loved and missed. "I know you will too. Miss you, Thatha garu. More than I can say," he said in a brief post. A pic of himself with his sister Sitara and 'Thathayya' was put out.

On her part, Sitara wrote, "Weekday lunch will never be the same again. You taught me so many valuable things. You always made me smile." She added that her grandpa will always be her hero.

Krishna, 80, died due to multi-organ failure on Tuesday morning while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad. Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar have received moral support from the who's who of the film industry, political circles and their fans.
