Gayathri Suresh has landed an important role in an upcoming movie which is being directed by Siddarth Siva. Nivin Pauly plays the lead role in it. Gayathri's role in it will be that of a nurse. The role is pivotal in the narrative.
There is a sequence in the narrative where Nivin who plays a active student communist with staunch communist ideals has a change when he visits a hospital. The hospital shoot was at Thrissur and Gayathri is a Thrissur native.
