Raai Laxmi, whose 'Julie-2' marks her Bollywood debut, has said that shooting for the film's glamorous scenes felt awkward, to begin with. By and by, she got comfortable with it.
Saying that she doesn't find such "glamorous characters" (in the said film, the 'Rathalu' girl plays an actress who is sought to be exploited in the context of casting couch) as objectifying of women. Besides having to shed 12 kgs for the role, Raai even had to fight depression.
As for her upcoming movies, the 'Kanchana' diva is acting in a horror titled 'Yaar'. A Kollywood film where she will romance Jai is in the offing.
As someone who has danced in a Pawan Kalyan and a Chiranjeevi song and acted opposite the likes of Balakrishna and Ajith, Raai is looking forward to working with Mollywood superstar Mammootty in near future.
