'Govindayanamaha...Great'

Lord Govinda  Sri Venkataramana is always great and this ÂGovindayanamaha gets a great feat for the makers  producer KA Suresh, director Pawan Wadiyar, music director Gurukiran, cameraman Suresh Babu and actor of high reputation Komal Kumar.
The new distinction that the 100 days run Rs.10 crore earned ÂGovindayanamaha is that it was telecast in Zee Kannada on 18th of August has made the channel scale new heights. For that week Zee jumped from its position No.2 in the market. That is only because of the popularity of the film.
For two hours feature film the Zee Kannada channel had to stretch it to three and half hours. So much was the advertisement booking for the popular channel. For the screening of ÂGovindayamanaha most popular song ÂPyaar Ge Agbuttaithe ..there were repeat orders and it was a commercial boon for the television channel. This is also a rare feat.
The channel it is reported to have recorded 48 points in TRP that is a solid record. Producer KA Suresh after knowing all the records set by his film feels courageous and at the same time observed that he has to be extra careful in his makings. He is now producing ÂShravani Subramani a comeback combination of Golden star Ganesh and Amoolya after five years of mega hit ÂCheluvina ChittaraÂ. Suresh is undecided on giving the film rights to a channel. He wants the film to shape up well. Other impetus I receive in the market for the film he is not quite interested as of now.
