Grand Masti scores a super 40.18 crores weekend

Indra Kumar and Ashok ThakeriaÂs hugely anticipated adult comedy GRAND MASTI is definitely living up to the immense expectations, as the flick has bagged a blockbuster weekend!!
Directed by Indra Kumar, the bold adult comedy opened with a staggering net RS 12.51 Crores (Approx and still counting) on day 1 of its release! This made 'Grand Masti' the film with the 4th highest opening of the year after blockbusters Chennai Express, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Race 2, a remarkable feat for an A rated comedy.
After a bumper Friday opening, the film clocked a splendid weekend across India in single screens as well as multiplexes with Saturday's figures of RS 13.21 crores and Sunday's figures of RS 14.46 crores taking the tally to an enviable RS 40.18 Crores till date!
