G.V Prakash collaborates with Pandiraj for his first Rural Avtar

At a time director Pandiraj was working simultaneously in three films, 'Pasanga 2', 'Idhu Namma Aalu' and 'Kathakali' and the three films released within a gap of six months.
Now after taking a brief gap, director Pandiraj seems to have started work on his next film which is almost finished now. However he will only be producing this film which will be directed by his former associate Vallikanth. The film has been titled as 'Sema' (an expression of amazement in colloquial Tamil). Pandiraj has also penned the dialogues for the film.
The film will have G.V.Prakash Kumar who is one of the busiest heroes of Kollywood today in the lead role. This will be the music director cum actor's first rural based film as it is a romantic fun film set out and out in a village. Actress Arthana Vijayakumar, the daughter of popular Malayalam actor Vijayakuamr will be playing the female lead in this film. This will be Arthana's debut in Tamil as she has acted earlier in Mollywood and Tollywood films.
Yogi Babu plays the lead comedian in 'Sema' while the other members of the supporting cast includes Kovai Sarala, Mansoor Ali Khan among others. A newcomer Jana plays the lead villain in this film.
The shooting of the film happened in Chennai and Trichy for the past two months and it has now reached its final stages.
