GV Prakash Kumar has, in a recent interview given to Tamil media publication, opened up about his next relationship with Sudha Kongara. Speaking of the highly anticipated potential Sudha Kongara and Suriya collaboration tentatively titled 'Suriya 43,' GV Prakash lauded the strength and originality embodied by the script. He was satisfied with the songs composed in the film and stressed the good rapport he has creatively associated with Sudha Kongara when they work together.

In addition, G. V. Prakash added that the movie consists of Suriya playing a very important role, Dulquer Salmaan, Nazriya Nazim, and Vijay Varma.

Initial reports had it that Suriya plays a college student in 'Suriya 43' and hence will undergo a drastic makeover to suit the role. The film draws inspiration from the 1967 anti-Hindi imposition agitations of Tamil Nadu, highlighting the long-standing resistance against compulsory Hindi education in schools.

Originally thought to be a biopic, the film was clarified as an original script inspired by true events, with Suriya playing the role of a revolutionary in this social drama. This project brings the trio of GV Prakash Kumar, Sudha Kongara, and Suriya together after their super hit film 'Soorarai Potru' streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

On the other hand, Suriya is busy with 'Kanguva', directed by Siva, which features him as a soldier in six different roles. Post this project, Suriya will join hands with Vetrimaaran for 'Vaadivaasal' after the completion of 'Viduthalai Part 2.'

GV Prakash Kumar is currently having a handful of acting as well as musical ventures in 'Kalvan,' '13,' 'Rebel,' 'Kingston,' et al., apart from his composition work that is on the pipeline for films like 'Captain Miller,' 'Thangaalan,' 'Siren,' 'Chiyan62,' 'SK21,' among others.
