Chennai rains have stunned routine life for the common man. The intensifying downpour caused a lot of trouble for motorists when they stood helpless as their vehicles stalled due to malfunction.

Actor and music composer GV Prakash has come forward with timely help.  The actor has arranged free repair to vehicles that have stalled or stopped in rain affected regions of Royapettah.
