Hansika: Voted Dream Girl of Tamil cinema!

Hansika Motwani who debuted in Tamil cinema in 2011 hogged all the limelight and made 'n' number of headlines and saw three releases including one with the Ilayathalapathy himself!

The actress has now been voted as the 'Dream Girl of Tamil Cinema' by a Tamil association in Singapore and she is leaving to Singapore tonight to collect this award about which she is all excited.

I was floored when the organizers told me about this award and I am really happy and glad that I have charmed the audiences last year, says the actress to a media house.

She was seen in 'Mappillai', 'Engaeyum Kadhal' and 'Velayudham'. While the latter was a blockbuster hit, the other two didn’t rake in any moolah but the actress managed to charm the audiences, in fact fans started calling her 'Chinna Khushboo' affectionately!

She currently has three promising projects in Tamil, 'Oru Kal Oru Kannadi' that’s a laugh riot, 'Singam 2' with Suriya and 'Vettai Mannan' where she will shed her chirpy girl next door image and will be seen as a gangster girl. Grapevine has it that Sundar C is keen on casting her opposite Vishal in his forthcoming as well.

The going is sure great for this pretty damsel!
