Hansika will miss Venky, 'brother' Meher Ramesh

It was a film she would never have thought of missing even in dreams. But she had to decline when the offer came her way knocking her door, because she has committed herself to one or two Tamil films. Had she not been kept busy by these films, she would have serenaded a stubble-faced Venkatesh in Shadow. That the film is directed by Meher Ramesh, who is like my brother, is the other reason why Hansika Motwani feels sorry to have not been able to do.

I share excellent rapport with director Meher Ramesh and he's like a brother to me. I wish I was part of Shadow movie, but I just could not accommodate dates as I was already committed, After submitting that she will miss the film, she expresses hope that she will get another chance to work with the director sometime in future.

Following Hansika's expression of inability to give them the call sheets, the makers of this action-drama approached Tapsee Pannu.
