Happy days here again for Kushboo

Kushboo is gearing up to commence shooting for Gnanarajasekaran's Periyar. Featuring Sathyaraj in the role of Periyar, the move has Kushboo playing his wife.
After she gave a controversial interview to an English magazine, she had to endure severe condemnation and protests.
At this juncture, Kushboo was announced as the choice for playing Periyar's wife in the movie. Naturally, the self-appointed custodians of Tamil were up in arms.
However, Kushboo has gone ahead with her decision to do the movie and said she has done extensive research on Periyar's and studied his wifeÂs body language.
Shooting will commence in the first week of October.
Meanwhile her home production Rendu featuring Madhavan and Reema sen and directed by her husband Sundar C is also nearing completion.
Happy days are back for Kushboo.
