'Acharya' has been shot on a temple set erected in Hyderabad. Both Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan have shot on this intricate set.

The news is that Koratala Siva has planned a schedule at Yellandu mines in Telangana's Bhadradri-Kothagudem district. Transport Minister Ajay Kumar Puvvada today said that the administration has permitted the team of 'Acharya' to shoot at the mines. The director has met with the Minister.

'Acharya', which is scheduled to hit the screens on May 13, is produced by Charan and Niranjan Reddy. Its teaser was released in January.

Starring also Kajal Aggarwal and Pooja Hegde, its cinematography is by Tirru. Suresh Selvarajan is the production designer. The story is set in Dharmasthali for the most part.
