Harish Rao, distinguished as the Finance Minister of Telangana and the nephew of Chief Minister KCR, gracefully extended his congratulations to the Congress party for securing a substantial victory in the recent elections. The electoral landscape witnessed the Congress party poised to clinch over 60 seats, while the incumbent BRS appeared to settle for approximately 39 seats.

Emerging victorious in the Siddipet constituency, Harish Rao acknowledged and accepted the people's verdict with humility, expressing his felicitations to the Congress party. He conveyed his sentiments, stating, "We respect the public verdict. All the best to the Congress party." Noting the shift in support, he recognized that those who had previously given the BRS a mandate for two terms had now thrown their weight behind the Congress party.

Reflecting on the democratic process, he posed a crucial question to the electorate: "Do you want the Congress party to rule, bearing in mind the trust bestowed upon them by the people?" Expressing gratitude towards his party members and the individuals who supported BRS candidates during the campaign, he concluded with a resounding "Jai Telangana.. Jai KCR."

The elections were marked by intense competition, with sparks flying between leaders of the BRS and the Congress during the electrifying campaign period. Seizing the opportunity, the Congress strategically portrayed an alliance between BRS and BJP, highlighting alleged corruption within the BRS leadership. Notably, Revanth Reddy took a bold stance, promising decisive action against KCR's perceived corruption should he come to power.

The electorate responded by connecting with the Congress, casting their votes against KCR and the ruling BRS. The anti-incumbency sentiment also played a pivotal role, as the BRS had been in power for more than a decade. In this dynamic political landscape, the Congress successfully navigated the campaign, capitalizing on the prevailing sentiment and emerging victorious in the eyes of the people.
