The story revolves around Aditya Singh (Sharman) and Siya Singh (Zarine) who control the family business after the sad demise of Aditya`s elder brother Vikram. Enter their life is a unknown businessman Saurav Singhania (Karan Singh). Saurav who shows an interest in merging with Aditya`s company makes an absurd offer ever.
Stuck in this mess is Kavya (Daisy), Aditya`s secretary, who falls in the love trap of Saurav who is nothing but using her to destroy Aditya.
