After his ‘Arjun Reddy’ becoming a rave hit, Vijay Devarakonda’s Tamil debut ‘NOTA’ has garnered anticipation since the time of its announcement. Right from the first look poster we had an inkling that the film would be dealing with current political scenario- and the just out official trailer just proves it.

From the striking visual imagery in the beginning, the ‘NOTA’ trailer takes us through layers of its plot at the same time introducing characters just as easily. The takeaway from the trailer is the uncanny resemblance of some content mirroring contemporary political happenings.

Vijay Devarakonda comes off as a laidback, naive and in another layer a charismatic determined look of a leader as well. There is also a ‘playful’ analogy how Sathyaraj advices a young Vijay how his position is like a game leveled up to the last level. The trailer details Vijay’s character in two ways: a childlike man who drinks and womanises- and another a leader of the people.

And the trailer also gives us a fair idea of how unabashed the dialogs are going to be – we hear Vijay raving ‘Well done you f***ing politicians’ as a matter of fact. MS Bhaskar appears as a poltiican while Mehreen is shown as a journalist.

With Sam CS’s amazing bgm, the trailer doesn’t lack in power. Anand Shankar has really given us a trailer that will amp up curiosity for the feature. Catch the trailer her below:
