The pre-release event of 'Hello Guru Prema Kosame' was held on Saturday ahead of the movie's release on Oct 18.

Speaking on the occasion, Ram Pothineni said, I and Dil Raju garu had been planning to do a film together for long. We connected to the script of 'HGPK' as soon as we heard it. The film's main point has impressed everyone who has heard it. I am very happy. I don't have to say anything about Raju garu's sense of judgment. I don't know if he has got love stories in life but he loves every film that he makes. It's very hard to work with a director like Trinadha Rao garu. He is an audience first and then the director. Writer Prasanna Kumar has got the comedy as well as emotional scenes alright in the movie. This is my sixth film with Devi Sri Prasad. No matter what's the movie's fate, our songs have always been big hits. He was doing shows in the US while completing this project. I thank Chandrabose garu and Srimani garu for the lyrics. It's always an honour to work with Prakash Raj garu.

Dil Raju said, We see a lot of things in life. Victors do lose at times and losers do win. This is so common in sports and politics, for example. Same holds true for cinema people. Ravi Kishore garu is the best example of someone who has seen it all for 30 years. I am inspired by his message that we should keep moving on. Prasanna had narrated two stories. We liked 'HGPK' but wanted to try something new. It was Prakash Raj garu who advised me to go with this script. This is a hilarious movie. It's not just an entertainer but also has got a strong point. The audience will keep laughing for 95 percent of the movie. This is my 9th outing with Devi Sri Prasad. The audience will enjoy all the five songs.

Director Trinadha Rao Nakkina said, Ram garu has worked on the project with total dedication. He was running a high fever during the making of a song. Yet he did it with energy. I am glad he and Prakash Raj garu have sung one of the songs.

Anupama Parameswaran said, This is my 7th outing in Telugu. It has been an unforgettable journey. This is my immediate next with Dil Raju garu after 'Shatamanam Bhavati'. I hope this film will fetch me laurels the way 'SB' did. The director plays pranks on the sets. Everyone was so supportive on the sets. After 'Unnadi Okate Zindagi', this is my second film with Ram garu.

Devi Sri Prasad said, I thank the audience for making the songs such a hit. Ram is one of the best performers. He is rocking. Anupama's dubbing in Telugu is so good. Besides comedy, the film has got amazing emotions. People blindly trust Dil Raju garu's movies. I am also doing 'F2' and 'Maharshi' in Raju garu's banner.
