The film revolves around a fight between a common man and a con man. Madhavan will be seen as Radhe Mohan Sharma, an honest and principled Railway Ticket Checker. When a minor discrepancy in his bank account catches his attention, Sharma unearths a massive scam. The conflict between Sharma and Mehta unfolds through a series of suspenseful twists and turns, blending humor with sharp social commentary.

The movie explores how an ordinary man challenges a corrupt system and a cunning conman, forming the core of this thrilling narrative.

The film is set to have its worldwide premiere on Zee5 on January 24, 2025, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Hisaab Barabar was produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Sharad Patel, and Shreyanshi Patel under SP Cinecorp. Jio Studios presented the film.
