Hansika Motwani after entering South Indian cinema has acted opposite such big names like Vijay, Karthi, Junior NTR, Jayam Ravi, Arya and others. She donning a negative role for the first time in her Malayalam debut.

The film Villain` has Mohanlal and Manju Warrier in the lead while Vishal also is making his Mollywood debut in a negative role as well. Hansika has gushed that the director of the film B. Unnikrishnan has written a meaty role for her and also helped her in nailing the Malayalam dialogues easily.
