Lakshmi Menon after starring in two super hits Komban' and Miruthan' is currently pairing up with Vijay Sethupathi in Rekka' directed by Rathina Siva with D. Imman scoring the music and produced by B. Ganesh.
Last year, after passing her plus two Lakshmi Menon joined the Sacred Heart college in Kochi and at that time, even released a statement that studies are more important to her than acting. The latest we hear is that due to her acting assignments Lakshmi had taken a lot of days off from college and the management had called for her parents to warn them. The Kumki' girl has reportedly quit college now to concentrate on her film career and is planning to pursue her studies through correspondence.
