The official announcement of the next film directed by Lingusamy, one of the leading directors of the Tamil film industry, was released recently.

Director Lingusamy is famous for his films like 'Anandham' 'Run', 'Sandakkozhi', 'Paiya' and many more. Earlier it was reported that the famous Telugu actor Rampothineni will act in the next movie directed by him.

Ram Pothineni recently revealed that director Lingusamy gave him the final narration of his script and also added that he is excited to start shooting for the film. The official announcement of this film came in today and was revealed that the film will go on floor from July 12. The production house tweeted, "The Big News is Here! #RAPO19 Shoot Commences on July 12th, Stay tuned for more updates."

Krithi Shetty who made her debut with Telugu flick 'Uppena' is roped in to play the lead lady. This yet to be named film is financed by Srinivasaa Chitturi.
