How Mahesh plans social service with his baby?

Mahesh Babu may so far been known for his reticence, but after the birth of his new child he will be known for spreading awareness about the indispensable medical boon, cord blood stem cell storage. This is definitely praise-worthy on the part of Prince and his wife, Namrata, to have decided to promote awareness about the importance of cord blood, a rich source of stem cells, in all earnestness.

What is cord blood? Cord blood is the blood that remains in the newborn's umbilical cord after the cord has been cut and discarded. The blood is not drawn from the baby, but rather drained from the umbilical cord after the baby is born. The blood along with the placenta is otherwise discarded. Doctors have identified that cord blood, like bone marrow, is a rich source of stem cells, which can be used in medical treatments. Cord blood contains stem cells that can save lives, specialists and medical scientists explicate.

Mahesh and Namrata have reportedly approached CordLife India, a well-known centre specialising in this field, in Hyderabad, to talk about their plans. More on this, after the kid is born and starts making news through its parents.
