'Kaabil' ('Balam' in Telugu), the Hrithik Roshan-starring drama thriller, is directed by Sanjay Gupta. One of the biggest films in the making, it has Yami Gautam playing the female lead.
The news is that a still from the movie, featuring the two lovers in romantic, reassuring embrace, has been released.
"Nizam and Andhra area rights for 'Balam' have been acquired by Rajshri Productions. The film's Karnataka rights were acquired by Yashraj Films while Superstar Mohan Lal has acquired the Kerala rights," the film's spokesperson says. "The Hindi teaser clocked over 25 Million views in 48 hours in YouTube, breaking all previous records," he adds.
Going by the craze it has among Hindi audience, the release will become more and more prestigious before it finally hits the screens on Jan 26, 2017.
The father-son combo of 'Krrish', 'Krrish3', 'Koi Milgaya', 'Kaho Na Pyar Hai' is a hit. Thus, expectations from the new film are naturally high. Rajesh Roshan is the music director.
