Hrithik Roshan’s Heartfelt Praise for NTR at ‘War 2’ Pre-Release Event

Bollywood heartthrob Hrithik Roshan stole hearts at the War 2 pre-release event in Hyderabad on Sunday evening, as he warmly greeted thousands of fans in Telugu. The Ayan Mukerji directorial, featuring Hrithik as a spy alongside Telugu superstar Jr. NTR, is one of the most anticipated films of the year.

Starting his speech with, “Andariki Namaskaram. Hyderabad, ela unnaru?” Hrithik instantly won over the crowd. He then thanked Young Tiger fans for their overwhelming welcome, saying, “I want to hear the roar of the Tiger fans,” sending the venue into a frenzy.

Speaking about his co-star, Hrithik affectionately remarked, “Tarak meeku Anna, naku Thammudu” (Tarak is your elder brother, but he’s my younger brother).

“Tarak and I started as co-stars and ended up like brothers in real life. I want everyone to promise me that you’ll love my brother the same way forever because he deserves it,” Hrithik said, giving NTR a warm hug.

Reflecting on their bond, Hrithik shared, “I see a lot of myself in Tarak. We’ve had very similar journeys—25 years now. And I think Tarak sees a bit of himself in me, the same way I see myself in him.”

The Bollywood superstar also lauded NTR’s acting brilliance, calling him a “one-take, final-take star.”

“I’ve learned how to go into a shot with 100 percent commitment. I’ve not only observed you on set, but I’ve also learned from you. I’ll carry that lesson into all my future films. Thank you for teaching me that, Tarak,” Hrithik concluded.
