Bollywood damsel seriously wants to vacate her Waterfield Road bungalow in Bandra, located near Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartments residence, and wants to shift to a new 4BHK bungalow in areas like Pali Hill in Bandra (Mumbai). It is learnt that she is on vigorous a look out for such her dream house since the past few weeks.

After all, why does she need a new house? The actress is tight-lipped about the reason, but it is understood that she just wants to savor the Nature by buying a sea-facing palatial house. As the budget she has allocated is good (Rs. 10 cr.), the real estate brokers are too interested to help her strike a final deal. If a flat overlooking the sea and something which is a bit more secluded and private is found out, Katrina's house-hunting misson will come to an end.

Let's hope she gets one soon!

Inspired by the timeless story, Vikram Raj came up with a story titled Seetharamula Kalyanam and Vijaya Prasad of Welfare Creations decided to make it into a film.
