Isaignani Ilaiyaraja who si known for melting hearts with his music has won the Best Orginal Score for his international film A Beautiful Breakup at the Amsterdam International Film festival. The film is his 1422nd film.

A Beautiful Breakup stars debutants Krish and Matylda in the lead. Ilaiyaraaja has produced as many as 30 original soundtracks for the movie and now this has been recognized by the AIFF of 2022. A.

A Beautiful Breakup is directed by Ajithvasan Uggina and has K.Gunasekaran for cinematography and Srikanth for the edits. The film is bankrolled by the UK-based production house 5 Natures Movies International.
