Ilaiyaraja and SPB share the same birthday...!!!

Isaignani Ilaiyaraja celebrated his 73rd birthday on June 2nd and S.P.Balasubramaniam celebrated his 70th on June 4th this year. However Ilaiyaraja had a birthday on June 4th also and that way he shared his birthday with his long time pal and colleague SPB.

SPB has revealed that he was in Kollur Mookambika Temple on his birthday and he could meet Ilaiyaraja in the temple as the latter's birth star fell on June 4 this year. Hence the two legends shared the same birthday this year.

The veteran singer has said "it is fantastic sharing the genius's birthday."

Not only that. It is a fantastic coincidence that will be cherished by crores of their fans.
