In love of success

Just around this time last year after the success of Venkee, Ravi Teja was seen to be the next number one.

A mass hero, Ravi Teja looked all set for a major leap.

But alas, a succession of poor choices has now left him holding the straws.

Naa Autograph was a poor choice as the film's essential softness and the leisurely theme didn't suit his toug-as-nails larger-than-life image.

Then, Chanti was simply a bad film.

Two consecutive failures have ensured Ravi Teja, who struggled in the initial phase of his career, had to endure a different kind of struggle now.

He says he better for it. His next film in all likelihood is Bhadra.

Directed by Dil Raju, Ravi Teja is pitted with National award winner Meera Jasmine in the film.

Koratala Siva provides dialogues, Devi Sri Prasad the music, Arthur Wilson the camera and Srinu Boyapati makes his debut as director through this film.

The film's talkie part is over and only the songs are to be canned. The movie is set for release next month.

Ravi Teja is hopeful he can break the two-film losing streak through Bhadra.

A True Lover is the tag line for the film.

And Ravi Teja indeed is ----of films, that is.
