In the video, which was shared by Rahul on Twitter, the industrialist is seen saying that India has moved from Skill India, Digital India, Make in India to Fund India. By Fund India, he means to say that we are dependent on the FDI. "There are 7.5 crore small entrepreneurs in the country. Almost 30% of enterprises are defunct. This has affected more than 2.1 crore individuals and 20 crore people dependent on them for livelihood," Raghunathan said, adding that Rahul must do something about it by voicing the concerns of the entrepreneurial class.

Sharing the message, Rahul said that this is the outcome of the Narendra Modi government's policy to crush people’s hopes and needs and work only for a few crony capitalists.
