Inter-school sports event Kreedati inaugurated in Hyderabad

'Kreedati: Spring Of Sports', an annual inter-school sports event, was unveiled today under the aegis of Meridian School in Hyderabad's Madhapur.
Renowned badminton player Chetan Anand attended it as the chief guest. Cricket, basketball, football, throwball, kabaddi, kho-kho, table tennis and chess will be held as part of the event.
Under-14 and Under-16 categories will witness the participation of as many as 20 schools. More than 1300 students will be in the race, competing for their share of glory.
To be held over a span of eleven days, 'Kreedati' will bear testimony to the spirit of victory and sportsmanship of children.
COO of Median Group of Schools, Amogh Butta, was also present on the occasion. K Bhavani, the principal of the school, is looking forward to making the event a success.
