Irrfan Khan's wife pens an emotional note

Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan lost his battle with a rare form of cancer and died in a Mumbai hospital on April 29. His untimely death due to colon infection sent shockwaves across the audience and left a void in the hearts of his fans as well as his wife Sitapa Sikdar.

Can you believe, it's been a month since the actor passed away? On completing one month of the actor's demise, the 54-year-old actor's wife Sutapa shared a heartwarming note on her social media page remembering the actor. Quoting Sufi poet Rumi, Sutapa wrote on Facebook, 'Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I'll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass the world is too full to talk about.' It's just a matter of time... Milenge baaten karenge... Till we meet again.

Along with the quote, Sutapa also shared two throwback photos of the versatile actor.

Irrfan Khan is survived by Sutapa and their two sons - Babil and Ayaan.
