After 'Arya2' and 'Magadheera' have started facing the music from Telangana agitators, the producers of Adhurs are learnt to be thinking twice about the release of the film on the scheduled date of December 25.

When emotions are running high in the region, Hari Krishna's statement that TDP is committed to Samaikya Andhra two days ago has triggered a wave a protests against Adhurs. Though there are no demonstrations as yet against the release of the film in Telangana, there is a grouse against its screening from some sections like students.

The situation is grim for the film, as there is a possibility that theatre owners might voluntarily refuse to screen it, which means losing of a big money, if the agitations are severe in the first week. With tempers running high, gossip mills are saying that the producers are thinking of releasing it only in January (probably, on the 5th).
