IS behind Barcelona van attack

The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the deadly van attack that took the lives of 13 people with around 100 more injured. The van driver who went on a rampage fleed before the authorities caught him. Spain has started a anti-terror operation to find the suspect.
It's still not clear on how many were involved in the original planning, however Police have claimed to kill five attackers during the operation. The attackers had larger plans to throw a terrorist attack around multiple locations.
