Is Regina set to romance top hero?

Regina Cassandra is most likely to be another heroine in Nandamuri Balakrishna's tentatively-titled film 'Karna'. She could be seen in an extended cameo in this KS Ravikumar-titled film.  Nayanthara, Prakash Raj, Jagapathi Babu, and Natasha Doshi are playing key roles.  An official confirmation is awaited.  

Regina is currently doing Nara Rohith-starrer 'Balakrishnudu', which will be a November release.  Besides this, Rana Daggubati's '1945' is another of her films.  'Silukkuvarupatti Singam', 'Nenjam Marappathillai' and 'Mr. Chandramouli' in Tamil are her other movies.
