Days before its release, Brahmotsavam is making news for right reasons. If the permission to hold five shows on May 20 is a shot in the arm, the satellite rights fetching a whopping Rs. 11.20 cr is another big plus for the movie. PVP Cinema is only getting a booster shot day after day.
The makers are planning to hold a record number of premieres in the US, a Mahesh Babu stronghold, on Thursday, that is, a day ahead of the release. The premieres are expected to rake in a huge opening, not to mention a mammoth first day performance in Telangana, especially in Hyderabad. Like Srimanthudu, this film is generating positive vibes among the Telugu NRIs. The makers are looking at mopping up a huge sum by cashing in on Mahesh's huge popularity.
