It was recently, the first look poster of Mollywood handsome hunk Tovino Thomas' upcoming film Thallumaala was released. The poster featured the actor in an uber-cool getup wearing flashy costumes. Going by the poster, the actor is essaying the role of Manavalan Wasim in the film. Now, the latest is that the makers of ‘Thallumaala’ have successfully wrapped up the shoot. Producer Ashiq Usman took to his social media handle to inform the same. In a brief note on the project, he mentioned that he first heard the story of ‘Thallumaala’ in 2016 and then in 2020 he decided to take up the project which they shot it in just 102 days. He also referred ‘Thallumaala’ as the most challenging, experimental and exciting film that his banner has produced till date.
Directed by Khalid Rahman, Thallumaala stars Kalyani Priyadarshan as the female lead alongside Shine Tom Chacko, Lukman, Binu Pappu, Johny Antony, and Gokulan as part of the cast. Touted to be a fun-filled realistic drama, the film is scripted jointly by Muhsin Parari and Ashraf Hamza of Thamaasha fame. Music for the film is composed by Vishnu Vijay and cinematography is by Jimshi Khalid.
