Brinda Karat of CPM has slammed YS Jaganmohan Reddy, saying that he is not taking on the NDA government despite having a full majority.

"Has the Chief Minister applied Fevicol on his mouth? Or does he have no guts to question the Modi government, whose policies are pro-rich. They are not for the poor and the working class. The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh has got enough majority. Why is he silent? His mouth doesn't open when he has to criticize Modi. His party is not prepared to fight for the rights of the State, for funds," she said.

Karat demanded that land reforms have to be implemented in the State and land mafia curbed.
