Jagapathi Babu in a powerful role in 'Surya Bhai'

'Surya Bhai' is an action entertainer starring 'Prime Star' Jagapathi Babu in the lead role. Directed by Arjun Vasudev, the film is jointly produced by Rajesh Chinnari and Prathap Dandem.
"So far we have completed three schedules. The last and final schedule will start off from May 5. The plan is to release the movie in the month of July," the producers say.
As the title suggests, Jagapathi Babu will be seen in a powerful role in the movie. To many, the title reminds one of Mahesh Babu's character's name in 'Businessman'.
"The film has the backdrop of a political satire. Pradeep Rawat, Sayaji Shinde, Suman, Sai Kumar, Archana, Raja Ravindra, Uttej, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao, Dil Ramesh and others are a part of the cast. A popular heroine is cast opposite Jagapathi Babu," they add.
The makers are claiming that the film has been made on a high budget.
