Jai and Sundar C are coming together for their upcoming film Pattampoochi directed by Badri. The film, which has seen a number of delays in the past year, is now all set to hit the big screen on June 24.

Initially, the movie makers planned for a release in December 2021 but then later postponed it to May 2022. It has now been officially announced by the movie makers that the film ‘Pattampoochi’ is hitting the screens on June 24, 2022.

Jai plays the role of the antagonist in the film and Sundar C plays the role of a cop. The movie is reportedly set in the time period of the 1980s and the story of the film is about a cat-mouse game between a cop and a psycho killer.

Apart from Pattampoochi, Sundar C is now set to take on the director seats with his next film titled Coffee with Kaadhal starring Jai, Jiiva, Srikanth, and Dhivyadarshini in the lead roles. The movie is produced by Khushbu Sundar and the music for the movie is composed by Navaneeth Sundar.
