Famous Hollywood director James Foley has passed away at the age of 71 at his home in Los Angeles. He had been undergoing treatment for brain cancer but unfortunately did not recover.
James Foley began his directing career in 1984 with the romantic drama film "Reckless". He went on to direct several notable films including "At Close Range" (1986), "Who's That Girl" (1987), "After Dark, My Sweet" (1990), and the widely known "Fifty Shades Darker".
In addition to films, Foley also directed television series and music videos. One of his famous works includes Madonna’s popular music video "Live to Tell".
Following the news of his death, many from the Hollywood film industry have expressed their condolences and paid tribute to his legacy.
