Janhvi Leaves Brother Arjun Kapoor Speechless

As all our ‘Dhadak(s)’ are high with the newbies Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter’s first entry into the glam world and the Bollywood industry, the film has been lauded by many biggies. Among them, Janhvi’s closest one said that he was left speechless and was super proud of her! Well, the close one is none other than her half-brother Arjun Kapoor.
Arjun, who had been a great support to both Janhvi and Khushi after their mother Sridevi’s demise, took to his social media to express how proud he is of his sister. Applauding the whole team, he expressed that Shashank Khaitan had made a heart warming & yet gut wrenching love story and he has handled the 2 of them so deftly. He further complimented Ishaan saying that he nailed the simplicity & energy of a young kid who just sees purity in love. Lastly talking about his sissy, he said that she left him totally speechless with her act and he is super proud of her.
For the uninitiated, ‘Dhadak’ is a story of two young people madly in love with each other, but are forced to see the societal issues that become hurdles in love. It is basically the Hindi adaptation of a Marathi movie, ‘Sairat’. Directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Johar, Apoorva Mehta, the film released on Friday, July 20 to mixed reviews.
