Bollywood actor Nana Patekar has been known for his award winning performances in many Hindi movies, and he has acted in Tamil as well, with Bharathiraja's Bommalaattam and had played the villain in Superstar Rajnikanth starrer Kaala directed by Pa Ranjith.

Now the actor is making a return to Tamil, and he will be seen in an important role in actor Jayam Ravi's next movie directed by Ahmed, who has previously directed movies like Endrendrum Punnagai, Manithan. This movie is a spy thriller and will have Taapsee Pannu as the female lead.

Rumoured to be titled as Jana Gana Mana, this movie has a huge cast including Rahman, Arjun, Dayana Erappa, Elnaaz Norouzi, KGF Ramachandra Raju and MS Bhaskar, and is planned to be released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada next year. It has been said that Yuvan Shankar Raja might score music for this movie.
